How do I use my Total Access Card to make calls?

To place a call you must use a touch tone telephone. First, dial the toll free access number on the back of your card. Then, wait for the message asking you to input your pin number. Next, dial the destination telephone number. A final recorded message will state how many connect minutes are available to that phone number.

Do the rates on my card change, depending upon the time of day?

No. Same rate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I use my Total Access Card anywhere in the United States?

Your card can be used to make calls from all US states (except Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

What should I do if I have a problem using my card?

The best thing to do is to call the customer service number we provide on the back of the card. This toll free number connects you to the service department at the company that controls the access number and value of the pins for the Total Access Card. Are there any connection fees?

Some prepaid cards charge a fee to connect a call. The Total Access Card has No Connection Fee. In fact, there are no additional fees associated with your card.

How long will my phone card last?

Your Total Access Card Never Expires.

How do I know how many minutes are left on my Total Access Card?

Each time you initiate a call, a voice prompt will tell you how many minutes you have left. Additionally, when you reach one minute remaining, your call will be briefly interrupted and you will hear the message, "You have one minute remaining."

Are international calls more expensive?

Probably. Your Total Access Card can be used to call any country in the world. To find the exact rate for a particular country, simply click on the "phone rates" tab and scroll through the list.

Are the rates any different if a cell phone is used in the call?

Yes. Calls made from or to cell phones are priced at a higher rate due to the extra technology involved in completing the connection. In particular, if you call from your home phone to a cell phone outside of the United States, the rates for that call could be higher than those listed on our website.

If I register my home phone with PINLess Dialing, can I still use my card elsewhere?

Absolutely. Your Total Access Phone Card is still able to work from any phone in the U.S. & Canada.

Do I have to register my phone for PINLess Dialing?

No. This is simply an added benefit for our cardholders. You can simply skip this step and continue to make calls as you have in the past.
